Executive Board

President: Luke Pfeifer reported that highway cleanup can begin again after April 1. He will look more into a date that we can clean so it can be done sometime in the week after Easter break. Also, he will talk to Jodie Liedke, president of the Outdoor Adventure Club, and ask if she would be interested in doing a joint cleanup. More information will follow.

Vice-President: Nick Hovde reported that the discount cards are available in the Registrar's Office when you register for classes. All of the faculty/ staff discount cards have been printed and will be distributed. Any questions contact Nick.

Secretary: Kali Faber reminded all students that the letter for the Organizational Reward is due in two weeks from today, April 9, 2003. The letter should contain information about community service projects on and off campus, any leadership roles that have been taken, and any other pertinent information you feel could benefit your organization.

Cabinet Reports

Athletic Affairs: Matt Behringer and John Hernandez reported that the dumbbells were ordered and have arrived. Thanks to all who helped out with this project.

Campus Safety: Chris Tourtellott stated that he has talked with Jodie Liedke about having an on campus cleanup day. He will find out more information for the next meeting.

Graduating Class: Ken Cutts stated that posters have been put up around campus to remind seniors to check their mailboxes for letters regarding graduation. Any questions, contact Ken.

Non-Traditional: Mark Dotz discussed the possibility of bringing a political individual here to school to talk. It would be more of an Independent party presentation. The idea was brought up of looking into getting different speakers from the different political parties here on campus. This would also be a possibility for next year as convocations. Mark will find out more information and get back to SA next week. Also there was a concern brought up about the fact that there are no flags representing Peru and Argentina in the Campus Center. Luke Pfeifer will look more into this issue. More information will come next week.
