From Jan. 29 through Feb. 3 the six Greek organizations on Lakeland's campus hosted Rush Week.

Rush Week is a time for students to get to know the Greeks on campus through various activities such as bingo, a talent show, and karaoke.

The week seemed to go off without a hitch. There was often only minimal attendance to most of the events; however, this semester still shows an interest in Greek life.

The events this semester included an ice cream social on Monday, Jan. 29, meet the Greeks on Tuesday, Jan. 30, bingo and a talent show on Wednesday, Jan. 31, karaoke on Thursday, Feb. 1, and a party in the Pub on Saturday, Feb. 3

There are currently 21 pledges for the Spring 2007 semester.
